VANDOREN VK7 JAZZ Synthetic reed for Tenor Saxophone
The VK reed is completely new, both in terms of the material of which it is made and the method of obtaining the material, and is covered by an international patent.
The VK reed, and the material of which it is made, are produced in France in Bormes-Les-Mimosas. These reeds are 100% recyclable.
For Tenor Saxophone, the VK reeds are available in two models:
• the VK1 Traditional type. Available in 7 strengths.
• the VK7 Jazz type. Available in 6 strengths.
As with VK reeds for Clarinet, VK reed strengths for Saxophone correspond to a 1/6 of a cane reed strength. Two reeds of the same strength are strictly identical.
