The NUVOBand CLARINET impresses with its contemporary, very robust, and weatherproof design. Thanks to the ABS plastic material with polycarbonate components, the instrument is waterproof and can therefore be used in any weather. Whether indoors or outdoors, in the rain, in the sun, on vacation, or on the move with the band, you can play this model without worry.
The clarinet is lightweight, weighing only about half as much as a conventional clarinet, yet despite its low weight, it produces a very pleasant, soft tone with excellent intonation.
The patented housing design and unique key mechanism in the Boehm system are made of a sturdy technical polymer. This material mix is designed for strength and weight and has particularly good sound properties.
The adjustable thumb rest made of soft silicone provides additional comfort, and the instrument can be dismantled into just two parts in the padded carrying case, making it quick and easy to assemble and pack away.
The NUVOBand CLARINET mouthpiece supplied is standard and has a rubber strap for quick positioning of the reed. In addition to plastic reeds, conventional wooden reeds can also be used. The body is designed to accommodate standard Bb clarinet mouthpieces, allowing you to refine your tone.
The KIO (Keep it Out) wall mount is included, allowing you to hang your clarinet on the wall for regular practice.
