With these two headjoints Miyazawa reaches a completely new level of sound development. The amazingly innovative and unmistakable sound is the result of the know-how that Miyazawa has acquired in almost 50 years of company history since 1969. MX headjoints are, in other words, the result of decades of work. This means a lot of patience and continuous effort to constantly rearrange the balance of the different components of a headjoint. There is a spark of truth in the statement that it is an endless task to achieve the best combination of all the required components. Nevertheless, Miyazawa is sure to present its customers with a milestone in headjoint construction with the new MX headjoints. These two headjoints have been developed according to a completely new sound concept, which differs significantly from the previous concept. We hope to offer Miyazawa flute enthusiasts a new expressive potential. We invite all other flutists to make friends with a Miyazawa flute on this basis.
