PB-603-RE Transverse flute ring keys with C-foot, Partial Brögger model, solid silver body, soldered tone holes

The pinless main action is part of the "Brögger-System™" patent and is installed on all our flutes. The advantages of this design are manifold: the entire "bridge" (connection of the keys on the back) is cold-forged from one piece, as are all other components. This allows for a sophisticated design, increases strength and precision. Since the axle does not move with the flaps, as is usually the case, friction and wear between the individual flaps can be minimized. In addition, the usual steel pins that conventional mechanics require are eliminated. This improved design provides faster key travel and an incredibly light feel. Only the flaps move, the axle is stationary. This leaves your head free to concentrate on the music.
